Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Cruise Giveaway Competition, organised by D.V. Century Travel Consultants Ltd (trading as www.cruise.com.cy) (the “Organiser”). 

Eligibility

The Competition is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to permanent residents of the Republic to Cyprus and is void where prohibited by law.   

How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must send a message via WhatsApp to the Organiser’s official business account during the promotional period. By doing so, they are automatically entered into the prize draw.  

If You use fraudulent methods or attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of D.V. Century Travel Consultants. 

Competition Period

The competition runs from the publication date in Breeze – the in-flight magazine of Cyprus Airways (March 2025 edition) – and closes on 11 July 2025 at 23:59 (Cyprus time).
Winners will be announced by 18 July 2025.

Prize Details – Giveaway Winners

There will be 10 winners, each receiving a €500 cruise voucher.

The voucher can be used exclusively for new cruise bookings made with the Organiser. 

Winners will be selected by a random drawing. One entry per person. 

Winners will be notified by telephone call or text message only. D.V. Century Travel Consultants shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notification due to incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the phone call or text notification, the prize may be forfeited. No alternate Winner will be selected. A minimum spend of €1,000 is required to redeem the competition voucher. 

• It is not transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• It must be redeemed by 31 August 2025 for cruises sailing between July 2025 and December 2026.

• It cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

• Winners will be provided with full instructions on how to redeem their voucher directly by the Organiser. 

BREEZE50 Code Offer

All eligible participants will receive a €50 voucher code as a thank you for entering.

• The code is valid for use until 31 July 2025.

• It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Not combinable with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Cannot be used against a deposit.

General Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet these terms. 

The Organiser may cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

By entering, participants agree that their name may be announced publicly and/or used for promotional purposes. 

Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, or its partners are not eligible to participate. its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition. 

The Campaign is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of D.V. Century Travel Consultants as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Competition. 

Data Protection

Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and the Organiser’s privacy policy. 

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the local Law providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of such Data of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018) and the law for the effective implementation of certain provisions of the Regulation (EE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), which applies as of 25 May 2018. 

By participating in the giveaway, You, the participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules
